Afloat in the skies

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be floating around on a 360-degree infinity swimming pool right on top of a skyscraper? The good news is, you might find out what it feels like very soon!  According to “Compass Pools”, a British pool design company, the world’s first 360-degree infinity pool is to be constructed in London by the year 2020. This swimming pool of 6,00,000L is speculated to be on top of a 55-story skyscraper in the middle of the city, according to an official press release from the company. To add to the aesthetics of the pool, cast acrylic is to be used instead of glass and the floor of the swimming pool is planned to be transparent, offering the people from below a splendid view of people floating and diving into the infinity pool. The doubts regarding how one will enter the pool has been technically clarified by the company, a rotating spiral staircase is expected to rise up from the floor based on the model of a submarine door, granting one the license to continue dreaming about floating around in crystal clear water amidst the clouds.
